Refund policy

We want your dog to feel the difference. If they don't, we'll put it right. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, your statutory cancellation rights, and how refunds work for subscriptions.
Our 6-week money-back guarantee
Gut health takes time, so we give you a proper window to judge the results. If you're not happy with how your dog is doing within 6 weeks of your first order being delivered, we'll refund you in full.
- Who it covers: the guarantee applies to your first purchase with us - one guarantee per customer (and per dog). It covers the full amount you paid for that first order.
- How to claim: just contact us through the store contact form or email us at jamie@thenoisymarketers.com within 6 weeks of your first order arriving. Tell us your order number and a little about how your dog got on.
- No need to send anything back: keep the pack, or pass it on. We won't ask you to return it.
- When you'll get your money: refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us confirming your refund.
Your statutory 14-day cancellation right
Separately from our guarantee, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because our product is a foodstuff for pets, this right applies to unopened packs with the seal intact.
- Tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of delivery, via the contact form or by emailing jamie@thenoisymarketers.com.
- Return the unopened pack to us within 14 days of telling us, at: Tum & Tail, c/o Cortex Growth Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. We'll confirm the details when you get in touch.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the pack back (or proof of postage), to your original payment method. You're responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described.
Subscriptions
You're in control of your subscription at all times:
- Skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date - either from your account page or by contacting us.
- Changes made before the billing date take effect immediately. If an order has already been charged and dispatched, that delivery will still arrive, and the change applies from the next one.
- Cancelling your subscription doesn't affect the 6-week guarantee on your first order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or something's wrong with it, contact us straight away and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full - your choice. No quibbles.
