Where we deliver
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout.
Letterbox-friendly packaging
Your Tum & Tail pack is designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so there's no waiting in for the postie and no trips to the sorting office. It arrives with your regular post, even when you're out.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Subscription deliveries
Subscription orders are dispatched automatically on each billing date, on the same free, letterbox-friendly service. You can change your delivery address anytime from your account page before the next billing date.
If your order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't turned up within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us through the store contact form or at jamie@thenoisymarketers.com and we'll sort it - whether that's tracking it down, sending a replacement or refunding you.
