1. Who we are

Tum & Tail is a trading name of Cortex Growth Ltd (company number 17267248), registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. You can reach us through the store contact form or by emailing jamie@thenoisymarketers.com.

These terms apply whenever you browse the site, place an order or hold a subscription with us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please have a read. They don't affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

2. Our products

Tum & Tail is a daily probiotic supplement for dogs. It is a complementary pet food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog has a diagnosed condition, is on medication, is pregnant or nursing, or you're worried about their health, speak to your vet before use.
  • We work hard to describe our products accurately, but results vary from dog to dog. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change from time to time.
  • Always follow the feeding guide on the pack and keep the product out of reach of children and pets when not in use.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, there's an obvious pricing error, or we can't verify payment.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken at checkout for one-off orders, and on each billing date for subscriptions, using the payment method you've saved.
  • Price lock: while your subscription stays active, your subscription price won't go up. If we ever change subscription pricing, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as they remain subscribed.
  • If a payment fails we'll retry and let you know. If we can't collect payment, we'll pause your subscription rather than send an unpaid order.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you choose, and each renewal is charged to your saved payment method on the billing date shown in your account.
  • Discounts: your first subscription order is 50% off the one-off price, and every order after that is 25% off, for as long as you stay subscribed.
  • You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date, from your account page or by contacting us. Orders already charged and dispatched will still be delivered.
  • If you cancel and later resubscribe, the 50% first-order discount applies to first-time subscribers only; resubscriptions restart at the 25% ongoing rate.

6. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery times. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, refunds and our guarantee

Our Refund Policy sets out your 14-day statutory right to cancel, our 6-week money-back guarantee on first orders, and how subscription refunds work. It forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was made.

9. Using this site

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

10. General

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts).
